The Transitions Team

	Shailendra Vyakarnam (Shai) Shailendra Vyakarnam started his working career in small companies, leaving to complete his MBA and PhD at Cranfield School of Management, where he stayed on the faculty for ten years, before taking up a Chair in Enterprise at Nottingham Business School. In April 2001 he was appointed Teaching Programme Director at the University of Cambridge Entrepreneurship Centre and has been made a Senior Fellow of Darwin College, Cambridge. He is presently the Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at the University of Cambridge and Visiting Professor at Nottingham Business School and University of Reading. Read Bio

	Simon Pratten Simon Pratten worked in business for twenty-five years before leaving to start his own consulting business, focused on professional services marketing. In 1994 he joined Transitions, becoming Managing Director in 1998. Read Bio

	Ian Deamer Ian Deamer has specialised in training and development for almost twenty years. While working for organisations he has been involved in helping managers and staff adapt to changes brought about by technology and market / consumer demand. These organisations have been in the car manufacture, telecommunications and banking sectors. Read Bio

	Simon Stockley Simon Stockley has extensive first hand experience of starting, growing and selling businesses and a world class knowledge of the latest academic thinking in the fields of enterprise and strategy. He is passionate about making this knowledge useful to people, and organisations, who wish to become more entrepreneurial. Read Bio

	Mark Delamere Mark graduated with an MSc in Entrepreneurship from Nottingham University's Institute for Enterprise and Innovation (UNIEI) in late 2003. Since then Mark has worked with the Transitions team to seek out the very best practice of enterprise education in the higher education sector with a view to sharing this knowledge with the nation's schools. 	Sri Srikanthan Sri is a management accountant with many years' experience in industry, prior to obtaining an MBA from Cranfield in 1984. He has wide industrial experience with manufacturing and service companies and has worked with leading organisations in the UK, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Africa. Read Bio

	Gill Ellis Over the years Gill has gained considerable experience in office management and administration in both the private and public sectors. Transitions is a very busy, entrepreneurial office where these skills coupled with negotiation; communication and writing skills are essential to the success of the business. Read Bio
