Ian Deamer has specialised in training and development
for almost twenty years. While working for organisations
he has been involved in helping managers and staff adapt
to changes brought about by technology and market /
consumer demand. These organisations have been in the
car manufacture, telecommunications and banking sectors.
Prior to setting up his own development and training
business he was Head of operations management training,
then head of leadership and management training for
a large multi-national bank. His own clients included
blue-chip organisations based in the UK, Europe and
the Middle East.
Ian joined Transitions to support the current team
through his experience and background in organisational
change and his academic background in psychology.
Ian is qualified in personnel management and engineering.
He has a first degree in psychology and is currently
completing a PhD.
