The process described above was developed for small businesses but we have adapted elements of it for use in larger corporations and will shortly be working with a major client, a household name, in the engineering sector to assist with the development of intrapreneurship and the intrapreneurial team.

We have some clients who use our services of psychometric testing to assist with their recruitment for senior managers. We also work for another consultancy and supply our assessment expertise in designing and operating development centres. Our current portfolio includes a major series of development centres for a large Government department
